Felice D’Acquisto, partner of our Tax department, will join the panel on Criminal Tax Enforcement at the Virtual 21st Annual Conference – International Bar Association – American Bar Association – International Fiscal Association.
Felice will present his view on recent developments in Italy in the field of criminal tax law and will focus on criminal tax enforcement, criminal corporate offences and the application of double jeopardy.
