LMS – Studio Legale has assisted the fund Columna Capital in the execution of an agreement for the sale of its minority stake held in Bianalisi, leading provider of laboratory diagnostic services in Italy, to Charme Capital Partner, together with its reinvestment. LMS acted with a team composed by the founding partner Fabio Labruna, the senior associate Virginia Mazzotti, the associate Elisabetta Russo and Elisa Cesaroni.
