Our banking and finance team is made up of professionals with strong experience in advising banks, investment funds (including real estate, private equity, private debt and turnaround funds) and companies on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including acquisition and leverage finance, real estate finance, and corporate loans, as well as on special situations, refinancing, debt restructuring, and trading of non-performing exposures. In terms of debt instrument, our track record includes loans (including bilateral, syndicated and bridge loans), bonds (including privately placed notes under the USPP model, as well as HY, junior or mezzanine notes, also in conjunction with the issuance of warrants or other equity kickers) and hybrid structures (loan/bond).

Our experience covers other matters and sectors, such as, among others, asset finance, project finance, export finance, structured finance, trade finance, fund finance, and assignment of non-performing exposures, as well as regulatory advice on selected financial matters.
