Veronica Zanetta collaborates with the Banking & Finance and Restructuring & Insolvency Department, assisting banks, financial intermediaries, investors and companies, in financing and refinancing transactions, as well as in debt restructuring and recovery process, within the framework of both the crisis and insolvency regulation instruments (“strumenti di regolazione della crisi e dell’insolvenza”) and the procedure for the negotiated settlement of a business crisis (“composizione negoziata della crisi”).
