Professional experience
Giuseppe Palomba has gained a significant experience in litigation matters, handling important legal commercial and corporate related disputes. He has also been actively involved in debt collection for significant banks, assisting the clients during the execution proceedings, advising domestic and multinational companies facing bankruptcy and/or restructuring proceedings.
Giuseppe also advises clients in contractual matters and deals, assisting them in litigation matters arising from such contractual issues.
He has gained a considerable experience regarding Privacy, GDPR Compliance, Cyber Security, Safety, as well as ISO and NIS Certifications, building Integrated Management Systems, according to the specific needs of his clients.
Over the years Giuseppe has also focused his activities in the area of family law, assisting his clients in cases of separation and divorce and also in inheritance law.
