​Professional experience

Isabella focuses on intellectual and industrial property, assisting Italian and foreign clients both in court (in complex litigation) and out of court (providing ongoing advice and handling commercial contracts, including licensing, franchising, co-existence, assignment and sponsorship agreements).

She has gained significant experience, inter alia, in trade secrets, unfair competition, trademarks and copyright, as well as in consumer law, unfair commercial practices and advertising law.

She also specializes in the legal aspects of Artificial Intelligence in the field of intellectual and industrial property, in which she has authored publications and regularly participates as a speaker at specialized conferences and seminars.

She is Cultore della Materia (Research and Teaching Assistant) in Intellectual Property Law at the Università degli Studi di Milano, where she is involved in teaching activities within the courses of IP Law at the Faculty of Law.
