​Professional experience

Giovanna Anzimanni has gained a significant experience in commercial and civil law, with a particular focus on extraordinary corporate transactions.

 She handles national and international contracts (involving complex cases) for the industrial sector, working with major corporate groups, particularly in the steel, construction and major infrastructure, fashion and fuel sectors. She also provides legal opinions on civil and commercial matters and advises on corporate reorganisation, including through holding companies.

 Thanks to her notary’s experience, she also specialises in the private clients sector, dealing with projects relating to the generational continuity of businesses and family assets, succession planning, the reorganisation and reinvestment of entrepreneurs’ assets (including following an exit), and family-owned corporate groups. She also deals with trusts, family agreements and family foundations; she advises investment funds (in the bio-sector and beyond, including in her capacity as a senior adviser) and on club deals.

 Before joining LMS Studio Legale, she worked with a well-known notarial practice in Milan (specialising in international company law and real estate) and was a long-standing member (including in her capacity as senior/partner and local partner) of leading national law firms (such as Bonelli Erede Pappalardo – now Bonelli Erede – and Carnelutti) and international law firm (such as DLA Piper).
