The Igefi group – active as general contractor in the fields of civil construction and plant engineering for telecommunications and energy, as well as developer and investor in real estate and green energy – together with PX Group – operating in the real estate consultancy, asset management, and architectural design fields – have completed a joint venture for the realization of a project for the development of student housing in the city of Milan, for a total value of approximately Euro 50,000,000. PX Group believes that the Italian market is ready for the creation of a new concept of student housing model. The group has therefore conceived a “campus” system reproduced in from bottom till top, small/medium-sized buildings, located in strategic locations in the city, aggregating, protecting and including services in order to cover the specific needs of students. The Igefi group is already present in the milanese territory having concluded, in the real estate sector, among others, the recent transactions on the properties in Via Colleoni (NH Collection City Life) and of the Italian Touring Club in Corso Italia (Radisson Collection Palazzo Touring Club). The Igefi group was assisted by LMS Studio Legale, and in particular, by a team composed of the partners Matteo Bascelli and Annalisa Esposito, the counsel Elena Grigò and the junior associate Riccardo Di Carlo, while the PX group was assisted by Studio Annunziata & Conso and Studio Legale Bonora e Associati – in the persons of the lawyers Andrea Conso and Roberto Mantegazza – and by L&M Consulting s.r.l. – in the persons of Dr. Lia Petito and Dr. Massimo Scalatelli.
