Professional experience

Francesco Serrano Orlandini is Partner in the Banking & Finance department of the Milan office.
He has a significant experience in all the fields of Banking & Finance, with specific focus on acquisition financing, debt restructuring, real estate financing, securitisation and non performing loans transactions.

He advises domestic and international investment banks, private equity funds and companies in the structuring of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, and drafting and negotiation of the relevant contractual documents.
