​Professional experience

Luca’s primary field of work is corporate law, with a particular focus in M&A and corporate finance transactions. He assists companies (private and listed) active in several industry sectors and private equity firms in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and acquisition financing.

Luca also provides continuative assistance to italian and foreign clients in relation to ordinary corporate matters, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
