Professional Experience

Immediately after her graduation, Ilaria focused her activity on corporate, commercial and banking litigation, gaining a significant experience in managing complex litigation proceedings before any jurisdiction.

During her professional activity she assisted financial institutions, industrial companies and investment funds, both Italians and foreigners.

In addition to the above, Ilaria has been involved several times in extraordinary corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.

At the end, Ilaria has been seconded for a year at a primary financial institution based in Piedmont.
