Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners advised Cattolica Assicurazioni in negotiating the agreements with Banca Popolare di Vicenza, under compulsory winding-up, concerning the acquisition of 40% of the corporate capital of Cattolica Life Dac and the simultaneous transfer of 100% of the corporate capital of the same company to Monument Re Limited.

 

The transaction is subject to obtaining the regulatory authorisations required by the applicable law and the closing is expected to take place by the end of the first quarter of 2020.
